At Ply Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your project, you can return most products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ply Online account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective plywood or foam inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for oversized home goods.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
